Applications for 2024
We've had a great response from applicants looking to book a pitch at this year's event. All successful applicants have now been notified and will be sent an invoice in February.
Our catering pitches are now full.
Please do not send in an application if you offer hot/cold food, cheese, drinks, alcohol, icecream, desserts, cake, chocolate or sweets - including fudge and toffee
We do not have any further spaces available for the following:
Jewellery, ceramic, glass or wood
Soaps and skincare products
Charity stalls
Fairground rides

Outside:
3m x 3m: £170.50
6m x 3m: £302.50
Marquee:
3m x 3m: £181.50
6m x 3m: £313.50
Charity stall
3m x 3m: £55
The fee includes up to two weekend passes to the event and one vehicle/trailer pass. Parking is in the stallholder’s car park.
Additional daily passes and car passes for staff members can be ordered when completing your application. These will be charged at the discounted entry rate of £8 per day. Parking for additional vehicles will be in the main public car park and a charge of £1 will be applied.
NOTE tickets are non-transferable and are not for re-sale. You will not be invited back to future events if you are found selling them.
