Daffodil ‘HQ’ is located at the caravan on the corner of Middle Street and School Lane (opposite the village shop and hall). Please drop by and we can help with any questions you may have.

Tickets
For safety reasons, this is a ticket only event.
Tickets are limited and sell out quickly. All visitors to the event, including cyclists and walkers, are required to have a ticket: please do not turn up without one.
Tickets are available to buy from our website from early January 2024. Please take care when buying the tickets to make sure you select the correct date you wish to attend and be wary of offers to resell tickets as these are mostly scammers.

Admission prices
Earlybird prices available up to 9th February (full rate in brackets)
Parking: £1 per vehicle/motorbike
Adult/Senior (17+ years) : £12
Child (5-16 years): £6
Under 5s: free
Carer: free (One carer per visitor with a disability)
Visitors with disabilities are charged at the appropriate rate price admission. An accompanying carer is admitted at no cost

Refunds
We offer refunds on all tickets purchased on or before 13th March. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund tickets purchased after that date.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Ideally, please display your ticket on a smart phone or tablet. Your ticket will be scanned by our volunteers at entry points
If you do not have a smart phone, please print your tickets instead. If you do not have a printer, please ask a friend to help you or visit a local library that has printing facilities. We are unable to print/post tickets to you

Directions to the event
We are unable to offer overnight parking and cannot accommodate caravans or camping. Please contact your caravan club for local sites of where to stay.

What should I wear?
Thriplow Daffodil Weekend is an outdoor event, located in the village. The weather in March can vary a great deal, so please dress appropriately, wear comfortable footwear and be prepared for all types of weather.
To see all the attractions, a certain amount of walking will be required. A free, but limited, minibus service will be in operation.
Seating is available in our tearooms and at the village pub (see map for locations).
Will I have to walk far?
Well behaved dogs are welcome to the event – please keep your dog on a lead at all times.
Note, it is essential that you clear up after your dog: bring bags with you and place them in the bins provided.
Do not leave your pet unattended in your vehicle.
Can I bring my dog?
Baby changing facilities are available at the school and village hall.
Accessible toilets are available in the village hall and portaloos.
What facilities are there?
We do not have cashpoint facilities.
Cashpoint
The village shop, Middle Street, is open throughout the weekend. Here, you can buy newspapers, groceries, snacks and hot and cold drinks.

Disability aids
We are unable to provide wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
A variety of food and drink is available throughout the village and especially on our Taste of Thriplow site. We also offer hot drinks and homemade cakes in our tearooms located at the Cricket Pavilion, Village Hall and School Hall.
