Catering unit (for onsite consumption) stall application

PITCH RATES FOR TWO DAYS:

Prices will increase from 1st October. Applications received before 30th September are eligible for the early bird offer, as listed below

Early bird rates:
Outside only:
3 x 3m: £285
Cost per extra metre: £85

The fee includes power, water and up to two weekend passes to the event and one vehicle/trailer pass. Parking is in the stallholder’s car park.

Additional daily passes and car passes for staff members can be ordered when completing your application.  These will be charged at the discounted entry rate of £8 per day. Parking for additional vehicles will be in the main public car park and a charge of £1 will be applied.

Note, tickets are non-transferable and are not for re-sale. You will not be invited back to future events if you are found selling them.
